Write to benjamin.kugler1996@gmail.com. One person reads that address, so a reply may take a couple of days, but it always comes.

If you are reporting something broken, the most useful things to include are what you were doing, which iPhone you have, and a screenshot.

Questions the game raises

Why can I only play the daily challenge once?
Because everybody gets the same ten questions on the same day, and the ranking would mean nothing if you could retry until it looked good. Answering slowly always beats answering wrong, so there is no reward for rushing.
The daily challenge says I need a connection.
That one is the exception: its questions come from a server so that they are identical for everyone, and so a score can be checked rather than trusted. Survival, Hardcore and Practice never touch the network — they work on a plane.
I reinstalled the app and my records are gone.
They are, and we cannot bring them back. There are no accounts, so there is nothing holding your history except the phone itself. The upside is the one on the privacy page: nobody, including us, can connect your scores to you.
Why is there no way to sign in?
Because nothing in the game needs to know who you are. That is a deliberate choice rather than a missing feature.
A country's flag or capital looks wrong.
Tell us and we will check it. The data comes from an open dataset — see credits — and when it is wrong at the source, the fix belongs upstream, but we would rather know.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone first.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. If you also want the daily challenge scores attached to your anonymous identifier removed from the server, write to the address above from the same device before you delete the app, and say so.
